A bright bouquet of lavender, bergamot, and cassia bark. Wet stone, white pepper, and nutmeg accent a core of blueberry and bramble fruit. Expansive and concentrated without overripe fruit and intrusive amounts of new oak. The long, expansive finish is driven by natural tannins and acidity.

92% Syrah co-fermented with 8% Viognier

A bright bouquet of violets, wet stone, and pencil shavings. Full-bodied and concentrated, yet balanced and structured. Blackberry and plum fruit with savory tones of charcuterie, iodine, black olive, and clove. Ample tannins without being overpowering. A rich, velvety, and generous finish elevated with lively natural acidity. 

50% Mourvèdre, 50% Syrah, all from Yellow Bird Vineyard

Classic Mourvedre characteristics of gaminess and meatiness accented with red fruit and licorice. A dense bouquet of dried flowers, garrigue, and white pepper with an iodine driven minerality. The finish is pure and lively with nice acidity and supple tannins.

100% River Rock Vineyard Syrah

This wine exudes the sense of place that is the cobblestones of Milton-Freewater. Savory and earthy. Forest floor with hints of lavender and nutmeg on the nose. Roasted meat, umami, and bacon fat canvass the mid-palate then give way to iodine, blackberry, and fig. Lush and velvety with a long juicy finish.

A fresh, almost Cru Beajolais-like Syrah from Walla Walla. Savory white pepper lavender, and dried herbs on the nose. The palate is loaded with blueberry compote, dusty minerality, and bacon fat. Supple tannins are balanced nicely with a juicy finish.

80% Grenache and 20% Syrah

Aromatics of wild flowers, garrigue, and Asian spices. A dense mid-palate with notes of red fruits, kirsch, orange peel, and  cured meats, all complimented nicely with a dusty minerality. Seamless and elegant with a long expressive finish.

92% Syrah co-fermented with 8% Viognier

Aromas of spring flowers, orange peel, and menthol. A core of crushed granite and iron with lots of briary herbs, roasted meats, black and blue fruits. Soft dusty tannins coupled with a juicy expressive finish.

Aromatics of wild flowers, honeysuckle, orange blossom, and acacia flowers. A medium bodied mid-palate with fresh herbs, melon, and lychee fruit. There’s citrus peel and a light spice on the long juicy finish. This wine is going to shine on the dinner table. Goat cheese or seafood would pair well. Drink now through next 5 years.
